Named for the former Texas State Associate Librarian, the Betty D. Phillips Leisure Reading Collection contains recent best sellers and current popular fiction and non-fiction titles. Located on the 2nd floor and shelved by call number, these books are leased from the McNaughton Book Service, and so the collection changes frequently.

All books have a four (4) week loan period.
