The research librarians and assistants are here to help you with your research and academic needs. We offer several services and tools to make your research experience successful.

Schedule Instruction

Research Librarians can provide hands-on instruction sessions. Based on availability of staff and spaces, we will do the best to accomodate your requests during busier times of the semester.

Library Instruction Request Form

  • Please give at least one week notice
  • For class sections and small groups
  • Schedule a session in the library or have a librarian visit your classroom
  • Check Instruction Calendar for available dates
    • Requires Texas State NetID login for access

 

Roving Research Assistance

The research librarians can come to your school, department, residence hall, computer lab, or anywhere else you need us to be to answer research questions.  Roving Research Assistance request.
