Texas State faculty and library staff should use this form to propose a purchase of a one-time online resource. Most primary source collections, journal backfiles, and ebook collections can be acquired as one-time purchases. There is only a one-time cost to the resource. No annual fees are required to maintain access.

There is an annual access fee and my department is committing to paying the ongoing amount.
