Graduate Students--Masters theses or doctoral dissertations must reach the Library by 5pm the Thursday a week prior to graduation.
Honors Students--Honors uses different guidelines for thesis completion and graduation. Please consult the Honors College for more information.
Print copies of manuscripts and forms are dropped off and picked up at the Circulation desk at the Alkek Library between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Payment must be made at the time the thesis/dissertation is deposited at the Circulation desk.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that copies are collated properly before submitting them to the Library. Bindery does not alter the arrangement, direction, or order of pages.
The entire thesis or dissertation must be printed on white, 8 1/2 by 11 inch, 20/24 pound bond, archival quality (acid-free), flat-finish paper. Print on one side only with 1 1/2 inch left margin and 1 inch margin for all others. The copies must be clean, no inked corrections.
Only department copies will be held at the Circulation desk for pick up. Personal copies will be mailed to an address provided by the student.
