Support is located at the Computer Support Desk on the 4th floor of the Alkek library.
If you experience issues with the studio, please report them to studio support staff with the contact information on this page.
Support staff will attempt to resolve the issue with basic troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved by basic troubleshooting, the studio will be closed until staff can complete advanced troubleshooting.
Retrieving your completed video
Your video can be picked up from the 4th floor computer desk in the Alkek library after you receive the email confirmation that your video has finished processing. Your file will be available for 2 weeks after the recording.
