SendNPrint is now Send&Print and users on the San Marcos campus should begin using the new link go.txstate.edu/send-print to learn how to use and log in to the new simplified system. This service allows Texas State students, faculty and staff to print to one of the printers on the Send&Print network of printers. Round Rock campus users and those submitting print jobs from outside the TXST-Bobcat wifi network should follow the process below until further notice as we work to expand Send&Print services to include these needs.
San Marcos campus users, please use this page for information about Send&Print.and to access the link to log in for use of printers on campus. The information below only applies to Round Rock campus students and those submitting print jobs from off campus.
There are two different methods for sending your documents to the printing stations:
After you have sent your documents via SendNPrint, go to any of the print locations, log in, and print out your document.
Print jobs cancel if they are not picked up within 12 hours.
Log into https://printeron.library.txstate.edu/cps/ with your NetID and password. Follow the instructions to upload your document.
Don't be confused about selecting a printer name. You are not selecting a specific printing station. You are selecting paper size, ink color and number of sides.
With the exception of color prints (which must be printed at a color printing station), you can pick your document up at any of the printing stations located on campus.
You must use your Texas State email address (Bobcat Mail), attach the documents you would like to print, and send it to the appropriate email address from the table below. You may then pick up your print job at any of the print stations. Please note that color prints must be picked up at a color print station.
