Immediate on-site reservations: Rooms can be also be reserved for immediate use, if the space is not already occupied, using the room tablets located outside the room door or from the kiosks located near the elevators or grand staircase on each floor. Immediate reservations are for one-hour increments.
Use Guidelines: All collaboration rooms are intended for use by students and faculty who need to meet with a group to study or work on projects. These rooms are not to be used for office hours or instructional support. Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to use using the online EMS room reservation system. These rooms are not soundproof, so noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Groups who become loud and boisterous risk being asked to forfeit their reservation and leave the library.

Room Includes:

  • Large shared monitor
  • Three HDMI and one VGA connection cable
  • Glass writing walls

These specialized group study spaces offer the perfect place to gather your project team or study group in a boardroom style space that is separate from the crowd, but part of the collaborative energy on the library's main floor.

Bring your laptops and use provided connection cables to share a presentation or document on the large monitor or use the glass dry-erase boards to brainstorm or perform calculations as a group.
