Support is located at the central help desk on the second floor of the Alkek library.


If you experience issues with the studio, please report them to studio support staff with the contact information on this page.

Support staff will attempt to resolve the issue with basic troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved by basic troubleshooting, the studio will be closed until staff can complete advanced troubleshooting.

Retrieving your completed video

Your video will be processed through Media Depot  and you will receive an email confirmation when your content is ready. Your file will be available for 3 weeks.
